Full Moon Group Breathe with Lydia

The Full Moon relates to completion. Release what no longer serves you, begin completing with the past, and ease into your breath. Breathe to make space for what is next for you. This Full Moon is also referred to as a Blue Moon since it is the second Full Moon of the month. You may have heard the expression, "once in a Blue Moon." It is a special time and it arrives at the end of this first month of the year.

In the month of January, we often put pressure on ourselves to create new habits, set goals, create resolutions, and make major changes. Guess what? January isn't the only time you can do this. This Full Moon Group Breathe is a celebration and closing of the month of January and a way to complete with any negative energy that may be up for you.  
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a safe, gentle breathing practice that allows for release of emotions form the body while creating a feeling of aliveness and peace. 

The group breathe will be held in a private home in New Haven. Address will be given upon registration. Please purchase tickets in advance so that Lydia can prepare the space for you.

*Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, 2 blankets an a pillow. You will be lying on the floor for the Breathwork portion of the class.
