Conscious Connected Breathwork is a safe, and gentle breathing technique that releases stress from the body and increases your energy level.

By learning to breathe consciously, you can uncover and release limiting thought patterns, negative energies stored in the body, and old stories thereby taking the first step to a more pleasurable, authentic life.

Lydia noticed in many of her clients a disconnect between body and soul, which was resulting in feelings of unworthiness, body criticism, isolation, lack of safety in the body, and separation from Soul.

Lydia had her own experience with this disconnection, and sought out ways to feel safer, be more present, and utilize the creative power of body and soul synthesis.

Rebirthing Breathwork/Conscious Connected Breathwork allowed her a deeper connection to her body. Breathing into the body bypassed the chatter in her brain and allowed for and opened more space for Soul and spirituality. Her studies in the Shamanic arts reinforced this connection.

Lydia uses all the skills she has acquired to create personalized coaching, healing sessions, talks and workshops to help her clients build that beautiful bringing together of body and Soul. Her mission is to help people realize the possibilities that exists when soul and body are brought together.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket if you'd prefer to lay on the floor for a better experience but the chairs are fine as well.
