In this experiential class, you will learn the basics of Conscious Connected Breathwork and will be led through a full hour of guided breathwork experience by Lydia Mandell, ATR-BC, LPC, Certified Breathwork Coach, Shamanic Practitioner. This process takes us out of the mind and the past. A regular practice of Conscious Connected Breathwork can lead to release of things that hold us back from creating the lives we want.
Using the Conscious Connected Breathing technique, we follow the flow in our breathing to an internal experience where emotional memories can surface and tensions can dissolve. The breath opens the body's energy channels and accelerates the flow of creativity, clarity, and intuition. Breathwork sessions facilitate positive change through working with the breath and creating a safe space for releasing old energy. By releasing the emotional memories stored in our bodies and the stress that they are causing subconsciously, we learn to live again authentically and consciously.
*Please bring a yoga mat or thick mat, one blanket and a pillow for your comfort. You will be lying on the floor for the breathwork portion of this group.
